'Ere It Be' is a tasteful and stylish one bedroom house positioned in a quiet residential area with allocated off road parking for one car.  In a popular location, it is situated only 5 minutes from the beach and a short walk to Weymouth town centre.

 
The house has a small south facing mediterranean style garden perfect for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine.  Pleasantly secluded it has a barbeque and garden furniture.   There is also an integral secure storage area ideal for bikes or windsurfing equipment including boards and hanging space for wetsuits/beach gear.
 
'Ere It Be' is fully equipped for all your needs, with a modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.  The lounge has a large sofa bed suitable for one person if required and the bedroom has a double  bed.

The house is conveniently located for the beach and Weymouth town
centre.  Taking a short walking through Lodmoor Country Park, to the left of the
house you pass the Sea Life Centre, crazy golf and Lodmoor Pub, then onto the sea front.  There is a convenience shop, takeaways and cash point 5 minutes walk away.
 
Weymouth town with its historic harbour, shopping, cosmopolitan restaurants and pubs is approximately 20 minutes walk along the sea front, or the land train runs every day, spring through to autumn.  Alternatively by car it is 5 minutes with good parking or Monday to Friday a mini bus runs regularly and picks up from the end of the close.  Those who enjoy watersports can travel a short distance to B0wleaze Cove or Portland Harbour where the 2012 Olympics will be held.
